My name is Chef Amy Herwehe. I was born and raised in El Paso. My father owned 3 restaurants on the east side and one restaurant on the west side. Hospitality has been my entire life. I worked in my dad's restaurant from a young age, graduated from Coronado High School and attended UTEP until I moved to San Francisco in 1996 to attend the California Culinary Academy. 

I have been a chef at many upscale restaurants in the San Francisco Bay Area including owning two of my own restaurants for the past 15 years. I have a vast knowledge of many cuisines including Spanish tapas, French, Italian, Californian, New American, Latin & Asian influenced dishes. 

My husband and I recently moved back to El Paso to be with my family. My husband and I owned our restaurants together. His emphasis was on the customer experience and mine was creating the food. Together we complete a package to offer you the experience that you are looking to create.
